Shaping our engineers of the future
Pupils in the P6 class at Wallace Hall have been learning about shapes. The class have been learning about the properties of 3D shapes and in particular how strong some shapes are e.g. the triangle. They have researched different types of bridges and are in the process of designing and building their own bridge from paper straws. The class plan to test the strength and stability of their bridges as well as judging each other’s creativity next week.
